Hiking Feliz is a community of happy hikers and adventurers.
We have created this digital space to share hiking trip reports, tips and resources, and also to help you to plan your next hikes and discover new destinations in Colombia, USA and around the world.
We want to inspire you to get outside, enjoy and connect with nature and other like-minded people.
We want you to get out from your comfort zone, and overcome challenges in and out of the trails.
And, with each challenge overcome, we want you to feel empowered and eager to live more adventures
We would love to help you to discover you happy place, and we would love to see you helping others to find their own happy place on earth.
The Team

Andrea Rincon – The Founder
Engineer, Nature lover and Adventure Mama
Twelve years ago, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that affects my joints. I feared I would never hike again.
Over the time, as my symptoms subsided, I gained a new appreciation for simple things like walking and being healthy. I discovered that hiking in nature is one of life’s best therapies and sources of inspiration.
Since my diagnosis, I’ve hiked dozens of mountains and hiked hundreds of miles around the world. I’m currently based in Colorado, with my sweet family enjoying nature and exploring the Rockies.
With Hiking Feliz, I want to inspire and empower you to get outside with your loved ones and look for your happy place.
If you want to know more about my story, and how Hiking Feliz started, please read my post “Hiking Feliz – The Story”
